• Right to Correction & Erasure: You may request corrections to inaccurate data, or demand we completely scrub your data from our vector databases (Right to be Forgotten).

3. Data Fiduciary & Lawful Processing

We act as a responsible Data Fiduciary. We only collect and process personal data where we have explicit, verifiable consent, or for legitimate contractual purposes (such as enterprise software deployments). Data minimization is strictly enforced across all our AI models.

4. Data Processing Addendums (DPA)

For our enterprise clients utilizing our AI Agent APIs or Neural Services, we provide comprehensive Data Processing Addendums that explicitly outline our role as a Data Processor, fulfilling obligations under both the Indian IT Act and Article 28 of the GDPR.
